You Rock Fitness is proud to be offering our clients personal training at an exceptional value.  Our certified personal trainer will work with you one-on-one to develop a personalized program just for you.  And best of all our rates are about half the price of the chain fitness centers!!

Our personal training sessions begin with a free consultation.  During this consultation we'll focus on you to:

  • Understand your personal goals
  • Understand your timeline for achieving your goals
  • Evaluate your current workout regimen
  • Evaluate your current diet
  • Understand any physical limitations or injuries
  • Discuss your support system for achieving your goals


Next you'll have the opportunity to have a free initial workout where your personal trainer will evaluate you on:

  • Strength
  • Flexibility
  • Endurance
  • Balance


Finally once you decide to move forward with the training sessions, we'll prepare the following:

  • A comprehensive workout plan to improve your strength, flexibility, endurance and balance
  • Body composition tests
  • A daily food diary
