Tadd is originally from a small town in northwestern PA but now calls Pittsburgh home. Tadd enjoys spending his evenings educating and motivating others to achieve their fitness goals. Prior to becoming a group fitness instructor, Tadd enjoyed running for fitness. Having completed races at distances of 5K, 10K, half marathon and marathon Tadd understands what it takes to physically and mentally push your body to achieve maximum results.
Tadd is AFAA certified in Primary Group Exercise and is also certified in R.I.P.P.E.D., Kettlebell AMPD and TRX Group Suspension Training. Tadd currently teaches Kettlebell AMPD, R.I.P.P.E.D., TRX Suspension, Boot Camp and Kettlebell.
Heather first joined You Rock Fitness as a student. In less than a year she had completed over 200 classes, dropped over 25 pounds and began pursuing her fitness certifications. She now brings her energy and positive attitude as an instructor.
Heather is NAFC certified Group Fitness Instructor and is also certified in Zumba, Kettlebell AMPD and Funkie Fusion. When she's not teaching classes, Heather is a nurse at Children's Hospital of Pittsburgh. Heather currently teaches Zumba and Kettlebell AMPD.
Amy is the owner of You Rock Fitness. Amy is a native of Pittsburgh and a proud mother of two beautiful daughters. Amy discovered her passion for teaching and fitness after attending Zumba classes as a student. After a few years as a student, she decided to become a Zumba instructor. Amy's passion is helping others achieve their goals but more important to have fun doing it. Oh, and she loves to sing during class!!
