Boot camp is an intense circuit class where you will proceed through a series of physical and mental challenges.  You will be lead through the class by your "drill sergeant" who will push your body and your mind to the limits. 

The BOSU® balance trainer is a unique piece of equipment that can be used in countless ways to increase stability, balance, strength and conditioning.  Our class will mix in a variety of moves with the BOSU® to give you a full body workout.  And it's a lot of fun!

BOSU® Circuit
Focusing on the BOSU® balance trainer this class is setup in a traditional circuit workout.  Participants will move through various "stations" to get an overall total body workout while increasing stability, balance, strength and conditioning.

Core Sculpt

Core workout is the alternative to all those crunches.  We'll focus on your abs, obliques and your waistline.  Don't be surprised when we mix in weights, kettlebells, BOSU and other pieces of equipment!

High Intensity Interval Training (H.I.I.T)
High intensity interval training consists of a series of alternating high and medium intensity activities.  This class is efficient and effective for achieving maximum results.  


Kettlebell is an ancient strength training technique developed in Russia.  Using cast iron weights you will build strength and endurance during this intense cardio and strength training workout.  Kettlebell is proven to be one of the highest calorie burning workouts available!!

Kettlebell AMPD
Kettlebell AMPD is a You Rock Fitness exclusive program that takes the amazing power of kettlebell training and sets it to heart-pumping music to create a fun, energetic one-of-a-kind experience.  We use the rhythm, speed and phrasing of the music to keep all class participants on the same pace. 


Kickboxing is a combination of martial arts and combat sports based on punching and kicking.  In this class you learn proper form and technique for a variety of punches and kicks while giving yourself a total body workout. 

Med Ball Mayhem

Designed around the use of medicine balls to build strength and endurance this class will challenge your body in a one-of-a-kind workout!
