You Rock Fitness is an exciting new studio located in Wexford, PA.  We are not your typical gym.  There are no membership fees, no contracts and classes are low priced.  At You Rock Fitness we are focused on three things:  fitness, fun and you.   We tailor our classes to the interest of our clients.  We want to get to know you and help you achieve your fitness goals.

Amy is the owner of You Rock Fitness.  Amy is a native of Pittsburgh and a proud mother of two beautiful daughters.  Amy discovered her passion for teaching and fitness after attending Zumba classes as a student.  After a few years as a student, she decided to become a Zumba instructor.  Since then she has been teaching throughout the North Hills of Pittsburgh.   Amy's passion is helping others achieve their goals but more important to have fun doing it. 

Amy is AFAA certified in Primary Group Exercise and is also certified in Zumba, Zumba Toning, Zumbatomic, TurboKick, POUND and R.I.P.P.E.D.  Amy teaches a wide variety of classes while also offering one-on-one personal training.


Emily has been a personal trainer for the past 15 years. She took some time off to be with her two boys and is excited to get back into it.  As a mother she realizes how hard it is to fit in exercise so she makes sure that her classes are a lot of “bang for their buck.”  Her goal is to guide others in their quest for a healthy body and mind.

Emily is a NETA certified Personal Trainer.  Emily is also certified in Bootcamp, Spin, Kickboxing and Prenatal/Postpartum Program Design.  Emily teaches Bootcamp, Sculpting and H.I.I.T. classes. 


Tadd is originally from a small town in northwestern PA but now calls Pittsburgh home.  Tadd enjoys spending his evenings educating and motivating others to achieve their fitness goals.  Prior to becoming a group fitness instructor, Tadd enjoyed running for fitness.  Having completed races at distances of 5K, 10K, half marathon and marathon Tadd understands what it takes to physically and mentally push your body to achieve maximum results. 

Tadd is AFAA certified in Primary Group Exercise and is also certified in R.I.P.P.E.D., Kettlebell AMPD and TRX Group Suspension Training.   Tadd currently teaches Kettlebell AMPD, R.I.P.P.E.D., TRX Suspension, Boot Camp and Kettlebell.
